Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User" or "you") and 3star88 ("Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your use of the website accessible at 3star88.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, applications or services (collectively, the "Services").

3star88 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed primarily for the Malaysian market, offering live dealer games, video slots, table games, sports wagering — including football markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC and major international competitions — and ancillary features.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from creating or continuing to operate an account.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 3star88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 3star88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and betting activity.
• You are accessing the Services as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a representative of any corporate entity for commercial gain.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Services from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 3star88 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of 3star88, without prior written consent.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual, and the Account is solely for your personal use.

We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to have been created in breach of the eligibility criteria above will be suspended immediately, and any Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Funds credited to ineligible accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

Registration & Account Management

Each individual may hold one (1) account only. Attempts to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, shared devices, shared payment methods, or the same IP address — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3star88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your username and password. You should notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account details — including registered email address, contact number, and full legal name — must be accurate and kept current. Any change of personal details must be submitted to our support team and may require supporting documentation before being applied. Players bear full responsibility for ensuring that payment details on file accurately reflect their own verified financial accounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3star88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted channels include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, USDT, ETH). Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times, and any applicable conditions are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically.

Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• All active KYC requirements must be satisfied before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified account holder.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met before a withdrawal that includes related winnings can be completed.
• 3star88 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking processing windows may experience delays beyond 3star88's direct control.

3star88 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to blockchain network fees which vary by network congestion and are outside our control.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and any other promotional incentives offered by 3star88 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out here and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 3star88 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• One bonus per player: Each promotion is limited to one claim per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in each offer. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as stated in the relevant offer terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino titles, progressive jackpots, and certain slot games may carry reduced contribution rates. Applicable rates are published within the promotion details.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account.
• Misuse: Any attempt to exploit, arbitrage, or abuse promotional structures — including through collusion or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Right to modify: 3star88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and legitimately in progress.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 3star88 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — selections, stakes, markets, and odds — before submission. 3star88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in circumstances where the Platform determines an error has occurred on our part.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or clearly displayed erroneous odds, 3star88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake. Winnings generated from obviously incorrect odds are not payable and will be reversed upon detection.

For live and in-play betting markets — covering events such as EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, or UFC bouts — there may be a brief latency between real-world events and on-screen updates. 3star88 will not be held liable for bets placed during such latency periods where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures. All game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. Players should review the rules of any unfamiliar title before placing real-money wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one account, directly or through a third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Submitting forged, altered, or third-party identification documents during KYC.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own verified name.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs, regardless of whether financial gain results.

Responsible Gambling

3star88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. Gambling should be treated strictly as a form of adult entertainment, not as a financial strategy or an attempt to recover losses. Our platform is designed for persons aged 21 and above only. We have zero tolerance for underage gambling.

The Platform provides access to the following self-management tools, which we encourage all users to consider:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications that alert you to time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent closure.

Intellectual Property

All content comprising the 3star88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, written content, software, game interfaces, graphics, audio assets, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3star88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3star88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

3star88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. We shall not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions where we have taken reasonable steps to restore service.

Nothing in this clause shall limit our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

3star88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• There is evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• The Account is involved in suspicious financial activity;
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction, or applicable law; or
• The continued operation of the Account poses a risk to other users or to platform integrity.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any balances under investigation) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Amendments to These Terms

3star88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account before the amendments take effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version of the Terms currently in force. Previous versions are available upon written request to our support team.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3star88 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the appropriate legal forum under the applicable governing law.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Services complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction. 3star88 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in every territory from which they may be technically accessible.
